Considering the use of "Memaw" - possibly. But then again, the teeth make me think East Tennessee is more likely. Maybe Memaw lives in Texas - Waco maybe or Lufkin - and this boy lives in Cleveland, TN.

I'm 30 minutes from Cleveland right now. I'll ask around, but I think that guy was spotted in the line at Walmart this morning. And Memaw is definitely in East TN. At least, mine is.
